Fa Moniet’s most successful daughter in Australia.
La Moniette has been a show champion and is well known
as one of the best produce from her sire’s time
in this country. Extremely refined with a rarely seen
desert dryness, this mare’s spirit has over the
past year outshone her beauty. After sustaining a major
injury, La Moniette carried and cared for a foal with
a large caste on her leg. Proving all vets wrong she made
a remarkable recovery and now gallops in the large pastures
with the broodmares once again. Her planned return to
the show ring to contest the Australian Championship that
she narrowly missed out on during her last appearance,
will sadly never be possible. A job perhaps left to her
beautiful daughter, Marcella Al Saba, a future broodmare
for Saba.
