Meadow Mirabella's sire, Prince Ibn Shaikh, was sired by one of the most influential straight Egyptian stallions of the 20th century, Shaikh Al Badi and was out of the very significant broodmare RDM Maar Hala. Mirabella has a double cross to Shaikh Al Badi who can also be found on her dam’s side along with the well-noted performance great, Sakr.
Her rare tail female line traces to the mare Nafa'a, who was bred by King Abdul Aziz Al Saoud of Saudi Arabia and was presented as a gift to King Farouk. Mirabella is an extremely dry and refined, desert type mare with wonderful movement and tail carriage. Truly classic in every way, Mirabella remains resident in the USA and has produced two lovely foals for Saba to date, by Mishaal HP.
